All Industry Day (I-Day) 2025

Join us for our 2025 All Industry Day (I-Day) event. This is our biggest event of the year and honors our 2025 New Designees. Keynote speaker Commissioner Michael T. Caljouw of the Massachusetts Division of Insurance will join us. We'll have educational seminars, networking opportunities, and a Lunch program with conferment of new designees by CPCU Governor Paul Tetrault, CPCU. I-DAY will be at the UMass Club on October 1st with the following schedule:

8:00-8:30a Registration & Networking

8:30-11:45a Education Sessions

11:45-12:30p Networking Cocktail Break

12:30-2:00p Keynote Speaker Michael T. Caljouw, Commissioner of the Massachusetts Division of Insurance, followed by a plated lunch, New Designee Conferment with Paul Tetrault, CPCU Governor, & Awards presentations

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

On-site Parking: One Beacon Garage. There is additional parking in the Government Center Garage, or the PO Square Garage; all within walking distance of the Club

What's the refund policy?

Due to the need of giving the Venue an advance count, we cannot accept any refund requests beyond Friday September 19th.

Can I update my registration information?

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

We prefer you contact us in advance if you are transferring your registration to a colleague. This allows us to print your colleague a name badge for the event. Please contact Eric Renau at [email protected].

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

See above, it is ok but we prefer advance notice.

Will there be a bar at the event?

Yes. Two drink tickets will be provided and we will have a cash bar available for our guests beyond the drink tickets.

Does this seminar qualify for continuing education credits?

The seminars will qualify for CPCU CE credits. If you attend all sessions you will be awarded with 3.0 CPCU CE credits. To learn more about the CPCU CE program, please click here.
