Before you go trick-or-treating, get your tarot card reading. OK, maybe you already went trick-or-treating, so come out for a Day of the Dead / Halloween immersive pop-up “psychic shop” in the heart of Hollywood that reimagines the Tarot.
Please join us on Friday, November 1st, 7-10 pm, for the opening reception of All in the Cards by artist and film production designer Aaron Osborne, featuring an immersive art exhibition, free tarot readings by a psychic as well as an artificial intelligence, drinks, and more.
Based on the Major Arcana Tarot, Osborne turns spiritual kitsch and cultural refuse into unique, strange, and sensitive paintings that reinterprets the tarot deck and its narrative function in an imagined psychic shop that breaks all the rules of art and divination.
