All Good Cannabliss Yoga

Join us for a grounding and restorative Yin Yoga class designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and ease into your week with intention with All Good and Cafe Lakay!

In this all-levels session, we’ll slow down and melt into longer-held poses, encouraging deep relaxation and calm while learning about how plant based wellness can complement your yoga practice.

• A 45-minute guided Yin Yoga class
• $11 in-store credit (equivalent to the class price) valid for one week after class
• Yoga mats and props are provided

Teacher Bio:

Shannon Riley is a wellness educator and co-founder of All Good, blending over two decades of expertise in yoga with a deep-rooted passion for plants. For 22 years, she has specialized in teaching “Yoga + Plants”— combining the therapeutic benefits of plants and yoga in a mindful, empowering practice.

Shannon’s teachings are informed by a lifelong connection to the plant and a commitment to community healing through education. As an E-RYT® 1000, YACEP® certified teacher trainer, she has studied under master teachers including Shiva Rea, Dharma Mittra, Sri Pattabhi Jois, Lex Gillan, Christina Sell, Paulie Zink, Rodney Yee, and Shala Worsley.

She’s on a mission to share how plants can elevate not only individual well-being, but the health of our families and entire communities.
