End of year reflections: South Asian all gendered wellbeing discussions

Join us at our all gendered wellbeing discussions! For our final discussion of the year we will create dialogue and activities around reflections for the year. We will participate in affirmation setting, breath work, reflective journalling and a few reflections prompts and activities along the way.
