- All eaters are welcome. Neither of us are vegan or vegetarian, we believe in eating everything in moderation.
- Inspiring you to see food as enjoyment by using cost-effective good ingredients. Seeing the kitchen as a place to get creative and have fun.
- We have designed this workshop to include a little bit of everything to reignite your inspiration in the kitchen at all times of the day.
- Gain confidence around flavours and changing a recipe to suit you by using what is in season and what you have in the fridge/pantry.
- Learn the art of being intelligently lazy. Spend less time in the kitchen whilst creating more delicious food. Creating more time to do other things.
No matter your dietary requirements, financial situation, age, or gender we believe all eaters should be able to make delicious food and feel as great as we do every day.
