This immersive, all-day workshop combines foundational metalworking with traditional silversmithing techniques. You’ll begin by learning to saw and cut metal using a jeweler’s saw while working in brass, copper and sterling silver. Explore texturing and stamping techniques to add depth and character to your designs.In the second half of the day, you’ll advance into torch work creating a one-of-a-kind ring, pendant or pair of earrings. By the end of class, you’ll leave with a finished piece—and a strong foundation in sawing, soldering, texturing, and jewelry design.
*Most materials are included in this class fee except gemstones and additional Sterling silver which will be available to purchase. Please bring water and lunch. We will take a short break for lunch and there are some food options that are near by.
*Mandalynn Jewelry is located in the Brazee Barn studio behind the main Brazee Street building and in the parking lot.
