On March 9, 2025, the River Valley Chapter of the American Guild of Organists will honor local church musicians who have served in some leadership capacity for 15+ years.
We will welcome local bell choirs from St. Andrew Presbyterian church, the Cedar Rapids Concert Chorale, the University of Iowa Organ department, and University of Iowa Brass musicians to lead a festival Worship Concert "All Creation Sings" recognizing the power of music and the individuals who help lead it in local churches.
The guild is asking churches and individuals in Eastern Iowa to submit names, mailing addresses, years of service, and most recent position title(s) to Christopher Arp, event coordinator, by email at [email protected] or voice/texts to 319-582-4123. Please submit names by February 10, 2025.
