All Children Excel Nashville Quarterly Meeting
Join us for the quarterly meeting of All Children Excel Nashville! We are excited to have Judge Sheila Calloway present on Davidson County's trauma informed juvilene justice system and share insights about the new Nashville Youth Center for Empowerment!
Judge Calloway is the presiding judge of Davidson County’s Juvenile Court. She was sworn into office to serve an eight year term in 2014 and re-elected for another eight years in 2022. She is as an Adjunct Professor at Vanderbilt University Law School where she teaches Trial Advocacy and an Adjunct Professor at Belmont College of Law where she teaches Juvenile Law.
Judge Calloway is one of Nashville’s greatest champions for children. Her commitment to trauma-informed and healing centered practices has transformed our city’s juvenile justice system paving the way for Nashville’s youth to flourish and thrive!
