All ticket sales are non-refundable.
For 21+ events, guests without a valid government-approved photo ID verifying age will be denied entry and will not be eligible for a refund.
For "ALL AGES" events, guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult with valid government ID (or passport) for entry.
