Elaine has 38 years experience in the industry and started her career as a beauty therapist working in health farms, cruise ships and then became a trainer, which then developed into International/National account management working with major brands which include, Molton Brown, Decleor, Estee lauder and many major hotel groups before opening the Award Winning Salon All About You - Urban Beauty Retreat
She is delighted now to be launching All About You - Salon and Spa Consultancy so she can share her expertise with fellow salon and spa owners/managers and teams.
