Cary will join us via Zoom to share her tips and wisdom about the benefits of joining the society. Like many, Cary started with genealogy later in life. Just as her insurance career was drawing to a close, her mother had a disabling stroke. When she visited, her mother mostly talked about family – and Cary started trying to keep track of those she mentioned. Before long she was hooked, and Genealogy became “what I do” for her in retirement. That was 20 years ago.
