Sarah has been teaching strength training for 15 years. She will help you understand all the details of how to train with great form to keep you safe and with enough intensity to see and feel results.
Each participant will get a Mix notebook for taking notes, a tracking sheet for tracking your progress, and a PDF with with the most important rules of strength training.
