We will unravel all these mysteries in this fun, hands-on class. Learn all the professional baking tips to make delicious sourdough right at home. In this class you will learn the difference between "natural leavened" and commercial yeast starters and understand the pros and cons of each. You will learn to develop your own take home starter and learn, nurture and maintain it for years to come!
You will go home with a loaf to bake and a 100 year old starter!
