Join hungry folks from 8 to 90, eager to cook good food made with local, seasonal ingredients in a low-key, friendly, and open kitchen at Agricole, a splendid store/cafe in Chelsea featuring local produce! An authentic social experience, these workshops are for all skill levels, great for individuals, families, couples, and friends! Your host, Grass Lake-based Community Farm/Private Chef Kori Kanayama, will make sure you will be cooking with the best vegetables and fruits our bountiful area has to offer.

Info: We will cook in small teams. I, Kori, will provide the level of guidance that is right for each participant. More than a cooking class, this is an authentic social/cultural experience. To enjoy this time together, we strive to be open, kind, and honest with each other. Bio: I am your community farm chef cooking and teaching about eating seasonally. I live on Tantre Farm in Chelsea, MI, to cook with the best ecological produce that my neighbors grow. I make space for us to cook together and talk about things that matter.
