Come and learn how to how to quickly peel and core apples making them suitable for pie filling and apple sauce; efficiently juice apples to produce your own delicious apple juice. We'll then go through the process of making apple cider, hard apple cider and apple cider vinegar.
Bio:
Bernadette Laberge-Walker is a piano teacher and avid gardener, who has also always been a bit of a DIY’er.
Diagnosed with multiple food and chemical allergies 12+ years ago meant she had to learn to grow her food organically and make so many food products herself, from scratch, with as little added ingredients as possible. Think 1899. Growing food and cooking much like your great-grandmother did!
