Relationships! Whether we are in one or not, our attention is drawn to them. The lack of relationships can often be a tough experience. But being in a relationship brings big challenges, too. In short, relationships are an amazing area for growth. Deepening and enriching them means deepening and enriching our whole lives.
During the seminar, we would like to focus on several crucial areas necessary for creating satisfying relationships.
The first is working on oneself in relationships, especially during conflicts. Traditionally in psychology, we speak about working with projections and accusations. Processwork adds field awareness and work around field symmetries that we are pulled into.
Secondly, we would like to address issues around altered and extreme states that appear during conflicts.
Finally, we would like to give time and attention to the dynamics of high and low dreams shaping our relationships. This dynamic is connected with the Processwork understanding of co-dependence and co-addiction phenomena.
We invite professionals and students preparing to work with people on their relationships, as well as professionals and students working with people in EVERY area — from business to NGOs of all kinds, state agendas, and education.
We also invite everyone interested in deepening and enriching their own relationships.
