P&T Knitwear is pleased to welcome Alisha Fernandez Miranda to celebrate and discuss his new book, Someone's Gotta Give: a fun, witty debut novel that takes you inside the world of extreme wealth and charitable giving.
Along with a discussion and audience Q&A, Alisha will also sign copies ofSomeone's Gotta Give.
Alisha would love if everyone could donate to : a nonprofit built to celebrate Latina culture and harness our poder.

- This is a ticketed in-store event with limited amphitheater-style seating.
- Doors open at 6:30pm.
- Cost of a $5 general admission ticket can be applied towards your purchase of the featured event book or any product in our café the night of an event.
- Cost of a book bundle ticket reflects the total cost of the feature event book (MSRP plus tax). Each book bundle ticket guarantees ticket holders one (1) copy of the feature event book.
- The talk will be followed by a book signing. Books signed at P&T Knitwear events must be purchased from P&T Knitwear. If you would like a signed copy and cannot attend the event, we're happy to take your pre-order. We ship most places!

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Alisha Fernandez Miranda is an award-winning Cuban-American author. Her first book, the memoir, My What If Year, was a Best New Book in People magazine and The Boston Globe. Her writing has been published in Vogue, Marie Claire, Shondaland, and numerous other publications. Alisha is the current chair at I.G. Advisors, a leading social impact agency that consults the world’s biggest non-profits, including the Gates Foundation, Ford Foundation and UN Women. Alisha is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Harvard University, and speaks on women’s empowerment, social impact and sustainability.
