About Valentina:
Valentina is a passionate Italian yoga teacher who started practicing yoga in 2009 after the birth of her first child. She has been a ballet dancer and a volleyball player for several years before her degree in architecture and design.
A few years ago she had a major injury that has affected her body and soul deeply. Yoga, breathing, and meditation have played an essential role in her recovery. She was able to find again that body/mind connection and her daily practice empowered her to return to a happier and healthier life.
She has taken her Alliance 200hr certification at My Vinyasa Practice under Michelle Young where she learned how to focus her teaching on balancing asanas with the safety of her students.
Valentina loves creating classes that leave an impact on others through a deep connection between breath and body movements which fosters gained flexibility and awareness towards our own body. As a ballet dancer, she loves teaching Mandala classes open to any level and physical abilities students, she loves to work on good alignment and pose adaptations to make yoga a more inclusive experience for all.
