This weekend immersion offers an in-depth exploration of foundational asana through an alignment-based, form-focused lens. You’ll break down common postures, discover key biomechanical principles, and practice feeling structure and support from the inside out.

✔️ Understand hip and spine mechanics in everyday postures
✔️ Work with partners to observe, adjust, and refine
✔️ Learn how to modify poses to meet your body’s needs
