* Please keep in mind that ALIGNMENT is not about achieving a picture-perfect shape, but rather finding a comfortable and safe place in each pose for “your” body using props as needed.
Everyone is different regarding joints, and how “your” bones stack up for an easy and safe transition. I will be assessing this as you move through the poses.
BONUS 👉👉 After class I will be offering a detailed exercise and stretching plan addressing any strong and weak muscle issues you may have to those who opt in. There is no extra charge for this.
