About this Event
Are you a nonprofit professional struggling to find excitement in your work and struggling to set boundaries so that you can take care of yourself?
If so, join us for an interactive workshop designed to help you rediscover joy by aligning your personal values with your professional life. In this interactive session, you'll:
• Discover Your Core Values: Engage in a values exercise to identify what truly matters to you and how these values influence your happiness.
• Align Actions with Values: Participate in an action vs. values exercise to see where you might be out of sync and how to realign for greater fulfillment.
• Gain Inner Peace and Job Satisfaction: Learn how living by your values can bring more inner peace and make your work feel more meaningful.
What to Expect:
• Interactive Exercises: Hands-on activities that will help you uncover and understand your values.
• Group Discussions: Collaborative conversations with fellow nonprofit professionals to share insights and support each other in this journey.
No prerequisites or materials are needed—bring yourself and a willingness to explore. By the end of the workshop, you'll leave with a clearer sense of your values and practical steps to align them with your work, helping you to feel more balanced and excited about what you do.
Nonprofit Austin reserves the right to postpone this learning opportunity if there
is inadequate registration.

Christine Kutnick, CFRE, ACC, has always embraced change. With every change, she gets giddy because she knows the next thing will lead her to something where she will learn, grow, and make a more significant impact.
As a nonprofit executive, she has led amazing nonprofits that were committed to addressing equity for people who have been marginalized by society. She has focused on education, healthcare, and acceptance of people of all faiths, races, and genders. Her calling is to make the world better than she found it.
After over 25 years in the sector, she became exhausted from the nonprofit sector's hamster wheel and knew that many people were feeling the same way. That is when she decided that she could help nonprofits learn to create boundaries and take care of themselves so that they have the energy to improve the community.
As a certified coach focusing on transition, she loves seeing people live lives aligned with purpose and values. Her joyriders (her word for clients) embrace change and land solidly during the transition so that they feel joy and inner peace.
