Treat yourself with a wonderful, relaxing Sound Bath! Combine with Reiki energy and sound baths are very relaxing meditative experiences in which participants lie down comfortably on a yoga mat while enjoying the healing power of sound. Excellent to release stress, find balance and align our chakras.
Sound bath healing works by activating the parasympathetic nervous system – the opposite of the stress flight or fight response, by using resonant frequencies to create a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. It slows down your breath, your heart rate and even your brainwaves, putting you into an almost trance-like state, where you can profoundly relax and recharge.

*Participants are expected to arrive at 11:30 am to get settled and start right at 11:45 am. Participants who arrive later than 11:45 pm won’t be allowed to enter as this is a very deep meditative exercise and we want to reduce interruptions as much as possible. No refunds will be issued due to a late arrival.
