In Chinese Medicine, true health is about being present for your life, expressing yourself authentically, and giving your unique gifts to the world. One way to understand your inner nature is through the lens of the Five Elements that exist not only in Nature around us, but within our bodies and minds as well.
We all contain all five elements (wood, fire, earth, metal, and water) but in different proportions. Each has its particular qualities, gifts, strengths, and challenges.
Discover your dominant Elements and how to work with them.
in a three-day experiential workshop in Ashland Oregon, Oct. 24-27th.
