After a summer of spreading yourself too thin, being all things to all people and saying yes more times than you know you should, its time for a bit of YOU time.
As we enter the seasons of rest & repair its time to bring the focus back to you. To start letting go of what no longer serves you, consider that you would like more of in your life and indeed what you'd like a whole lot less of!
If we are to get the rest we need in the darker months, its so important we clear the decks, get minimal and be truly discerning about what & who deserves our time and energy. In our time together we will look at how we can do this without feeling like we are bailing on our responsibilities & loved ones. How we can be true to ourselves - guilt free!
The workshop will be followed by an opporunity to get creative and create your very own vision board for the winter you deserve, supporting the person you wish to emerge as when Spring arrives.
There will be refreshments at the start and throughout and this is all taking place in the beautiful 2 story studio of Elisa Interiors in Tower Street, owned by my dear friend. And if that isn't fabulous enough - theres even a great, well priced car park as you enter Tower street on the left!!!

Janie's own life experience of caring for her husband through over 3yrs of life limiting brain tumours, before his passing in 2012 when their daughter was just 5yrs old, which she describes as the bridge from very low self esteem to realising her gifts & purpose in this world, is testament to her outlook on life & the work she does.

With an unwavering belief in the ‘goodness of mankind’, always seeking & finding the silver lining, passionately believing that everyone has all they need within them & her purpose is simply to help you uncover those gifts.
Janie has a wealth of knowledge from her training, her lived experience & very much walks her talk. She combines human needs psychology coaching, with the world of energy work, bridging spirituality & science.
She lives in Harrogate, North Yorkshire with her daughter Harriet & Sausage dog Florence.
