About this Event
Join Team NEO as we release the 9th edition of Aligning Opportunities, a data rich research report to equip the Northeast Ohio Region’s education, talent, and workforce ecosystems with insights into the state of current and emerging needs of our region’s employers.
In our 9th edition, we are building on the foundation of insights developed over the eight past years with an emphasis on students gaining earlier exposure to career pathways through work-based learning experiences and the vital soft skills needed in the workforce.
The event will feature students from the Theatre and Dance Programs in the Baldwin Wallace Conservatory, one of the top 25 programs in the world in relatable vignettes of how different generations approach work.
In addition. Baldwin Wallace University President Lee Fisher will moderate a panel with Baldwin-Wallace University students and companies who have extensive experience with the work-based learning programs.
