Join Team NEO as we release the 8th edition of Aligning Opportunities, a data rich research report to equip the Northeast Ohio Region’s education, talent, and workforce ecosystems with insights into the state of current and emerging needs of our region’s employers.
In our 8th edition, we are building on the foundation of insights that we have developed the past seven years by:
- Exploring the top 50 jobs by 2030.
- Uncovering how we can create more jobs for more people, providing more opportunities for all.
- Broadening the scope to include less traditional career paths that involve creativity, entrepreneurship, freelancing, innovation, and more.

For the first time, Team NEO is partnering with the Cleveland Society of Human Resources Managers (CSHRM) to offer a complementary session called Creating a Welcoming Workplace.
Time: 10:15 AM – 11:15 AM
All are welcome to attend this session, focusing on human resource professionals. We will utilize the data from the Aligning Opportunities report to work together and find solutions to address barriers to workforce participation. You will earn three continuing education credits from CSHRM by attending both sessions.
