The Spine is our center for everything we do. Our genes, habits and usage of our body largely contribute to the shape of our spinal curves. This workshop will help you balance your curves and ultimately encourage better posture.

Erika has been teaching yoga for 13 years in San Diego, Boston and Bluffton. She is a wife, mama, E-RYT500, YACEP, Personal Trainer, Retreat Curator, Teacher Training Lead, Mentor and Reiki Practitioner. She has completed two 300 hundred hour advanced trainings; one with Rolf Gates in 2017 and one with Annie Carpenter in 2020. With Rolf, She learned how to take yoga off of her mat and commit to an alcohol-free life. With Annie, She studied anatomy and intelligent sequencing to support the natural curves of the spine, pelvic placement and shoulder longevity. She has also trained under Kia Miller and Larry Payne. Under their guidance, she explored yogic philosophy, anatomy, functional movement, kundalini and meditation. She completed Level One Yoga Therapy at LMU where she learned from medical professionals how yoga can be applied in a clinical setting to treat anything from PTSD to addiction to hip surgery recovery. She lives for slow mornings with family and living her most authentic and inspired life. Yoga and movement has dramatically improved her life and she loves to share her knowledge with those who feel called and inspired.
