These classes are designed to support you through the outer seasonal changes so that we can align our inner world to the natural rhythm and pulse of this wonderful earth that we call home.The Autumn sessions will include yoga postures and Pranayama to nourish, stabilise, and ground.
What to expect:
A combination of asanas, restorative yoga, pranayama, mantra, and yoga nidra to help us to move (or find stillness) through the seasonal changes with ease, bringing balance into our body and mind, and attuning to the natural world. All classes will be accompanied by carefully chosen music and essential oils (which will be diffused) to soothe and balance depending on the season.
These classes will be held in my home in Leyland and will be very small, and it is my hope to create a sense of community, particularly as we move towards the darker months.
The classes will be held on Saturdays, 1pm-3pm.
As class sizes are small, booking is essential.
