SPRING SOLSTICE ALIGNMENT
Spring is a time to come out of hibernation and tune into personal growth, self-compassion, self-acceptance moving forward on our journey.
The evening will consist of-
Chakra/aura alignment
Slow movement practice
Guided meditation with crystals
Eye gazing
Breath work
Chanting
Group discussion not compulsory
We will gently open the physical body, refresh the mind and reset the aura sharing different nurturing methods to kick start the Spring season.

We will use a slow movement practice to stretch and open up the whole body, releasing physically and energetically any tension. We can often feel tight and small when we are tense or tired and using movement to open up can increase energy levels and our overall mood.
The breath is a powerful gateway to soothe and calm our nervous system so we will work with the quality of our breath to generate a sense of peace and calm while gently increasing our self awareness of how we are breathing. This knowledge can then be used to improve our wellbeing.
Eye gazing and crystal guided meditation will allow us to go deeper within to clear the energy field, bringing balance, connection & peace.
We will finish the evening by chanting simple mantras. This is not about being able to sing it is about using the voice to resonate through the whole body. Mantras creates a vibration internally to unblock stagnant energy, release tension and continue to expand our breathing.
