This 75-minute guided chakra balancing meditation and journaling circle is a space to slow down, reset your nervous system, and realign your energy as you step into 2026.
Rather than setting resolutions or fixing yourself, this experience invites you to listen—to your body, your breath, and your inner wisdom.
What to Expect
This gentle, supportive circle includes:
- Opening teaching & intention setting to understand the chakra system and how it supports emotional, physical, and energetic balance
- Nervous system grounding through breath and body awareness
- A guided meditation through all seven chakras—from root to crown—using breath cues, visualizations, and affirmations
- Extended moments of silence for integration and rest.
- Post-meditation journaling with reflective prompts to help you clarify what you’re releasing and what you’re calling in for 2026
This practice is slow, spacious, and accessible—no experience with meditation or chakras is required.

Chakras are energy centers that influence how we experience safety, emotion, confidence, love, expression, intuition, and connection.
When we bring awareness and breath to these centers, we often experience more clarity, balance, and ease—mentally, emotionally, and physically.
This session is not about forcing alignment or “doing it right.”
It’s about creating space for awareness, which naturally invites balance.
