Kundalini, refers to the lifeforce energy of the Devine Feminine that creates all existence.
We commonly think of this energy as the dormant potential situated in the root chakra of the spinal column.
Through breath, movement and meditation, a kundalini ceremony acknowledges the life force of energy within us by connecting, releasing and nourishing our being as the energy shifts and awakens/activates through the chakras.
