Fall is the season of release and rest! It's a time to let go of what no longer serves you and step into renewal. Join me for a relaxing day outdoors, giving you the intentional space to breathe, reset, and adorn your body with intention.
Waistbeads & Wellness Day Schedule:
Clear & Detoxify
The day will begin with a refreshing energy cleanse using your choice of a sage smoke cleanse or Florida water spritz to ground you and clear away stagnant energy.
Breath + Body Reset Session
At 12:30 pm, I will facilitate a 30-minute gentle movement and breathwork session, helping you to access intentional rest, stretch & soften your body, and restore balance. Bring your own yoga mat.
UNBIND: Release & Shed
Already have waistbeads on? This UNBIND session gives you the chance to have any old beads that no longer serve you released by cutting and either preserved or discarded. Suppose you don't already have existing waistbeads that you'd like intentionally released or aren't ready to let any waistbeads you're currently wearing go. In that case, UNBIND & Shed can be used to write down the things you do wish to release in a paper ceremony.
