This New Year’s Eve: Rubies & Shallow Cuts present a prom for travelers of all dimensions ~~~ A night to get lost in the cosmos with Fifi Hi-Fi & Mike D ~~~Join us aboard the Mothership RUBIES, hailing from a Galaxy you’ve never heard of and landing for one night only. Beam yourself upstairs to our intergalactic prom where your Shallow Cuts DJs transmit sounds from the 4th dimension!
The soundtrack for the night will travel through time. Each hour, the frequency shifts, and the DJs play a new decade of EARTH MUSIC.
9pm – The 1960s - 1980s (the aliens’ first intercepted human transmissions)
10pm – The 1990s
11pm – The 2000s
12am – The 2010s and beyond
At midnight, prepare for an incoming transmission as we welcome the arrival of 20XX with lights, lasers, and a soundscape transmission from the depths of OUTER SPACE.
Take a break for a fancy cocktail downstairs at Remy’s and find the PROM PHOTO BOOTH for pics with your extraterrestrial date(s)!
DRESS CODE: Alien Formal - alien royalty, spaceage prom dresses, retro/futuristic lifeforms, or sexy visitors from distant moons.
