Alicia Stockman Concert In Lava Hot Springs, Idaho
Alicia Stockman Band Live Concert In Idaho
Join us for the 15th Lava Flow Live Outdoor Concert of the summer featuring The Alicia Stockman Band!
Alicia Stockman is a folk-meets-Americana singer-songwriter whose songs pull back the veil on everyday vulnerability. With lyrically rich compositions, intricate guitar work, and sultry-sweet vocals, she draws audiences in with stories that feel both personal and universal. Among the Utah mountains she calls home, Alicia finds inspiration in the landscape’s rugged honesty and deliberate pace—echoes of which you’ll hear in every note she plays.
Her style weaves through folk, blues, and pop with a dash of country, landing comfortably under the Americana umbrella. Influences like Jewel, Susan Tedeschi, Grace Potter, and the Indigo Girls shape her sound: emotional yet grounded, poetic but approachable.
Alicia’s debut album These Four Walls—produced by Nashville’s “Americana Queen” Mary Bragg—is a luminous roots release infused with gritty blues-rock guitar licks and attention-worthy melodies. The album offers listeners a hand to hold, saying, “I see you. I’ve been there.” Her song “Halfway to Houston” landed in American Songwriter’s Top 100 Songs of 2022.
Since then, she’s continued releasing gems: from singles and a Christmas tune, to Live From the Doghouse (2025), a raw and intimate live EP recorded in a Nashville studio with producer Nick Bullock. Whether performing solo or fronting her 5-piece Salt Lake City-based band (complete with three-part harmonies), Alicia brings depth, authenticity, and a deep love of songcraft to every stage.
A road warrior at heart, Alicia tours nationally and has even built her own house concert series in Utah, creating space for community, connection, and the shared joy of music among fellow traveling songwriters.
She’s been recognized across the country for her songwriting, earning an Honorable Mention in the 2025 Telluride Troubadour Contest for her song “September” and landing “Halfway to Houston” on American Songwriter’s Top 100 Songs of 2022. She’s a three-time Songwriter Serenade semi-finalist, winner of the 2017 Suzanne Millsaps Performing Songwriter competition at the Utah Arts Festival, and a 2nd place finisher at both the 2019 Wildflower! Arts & Music Festival and the 2021 Tucson Folk Festival.
