About this Event
You're invited to join the Algiers Economic Development Foundation for a real estate tour of commercial properties, recent public investments, and the booming housing market in Algiers.
Recently featured in NOLA.com, Algiers is one of New Orleans' greatest values, both in commercial and residential markets. We'd love to show you around our neighborhoods, talk about potential investment, development, or leasing opportunities, and to answer any questions you have about doing business on the West Bank of New Orleans.
Parking for the tour is avilable in the Holy Name of Mary parking lot at 400 Verret Street. To celebrate a trip to the West Bank, attendees will be entered to win a pair of tickets to Hogs for the Cause, hosted in Belle Chasse the weekend of the tour.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to AEDF Executive Director, Kelsey Foster at [email protected].
Anything is possible in Algiers, the 17 square mile west bank New Orleans neighborhood. Algiers is home to historic urban, mid-century suburban, and expansive rural landscapes, with a mix of land uses. With 14 miles of riverfront, ample tax-credit opportunities, and affordable commercial land and buildings, Algiers can be home to a variety of new ventures and developments.
Algiers Economic Development Foundation is a nonprofit that serves the businesses, residents, and stakeholders of Algiers, and is proud of the deep knowledge it holds of the area. Join us for a tour to learn more about our properties, the market, and the opportunities available to developers.
