A restorative yoga class set to classic Hitchcock stories and narrations? You bet. Restorative yoga is slow, relaxing and supportive.

Sensory Notes: Restorative yoga can get a little chilly, as we're more still than usual. Bring layers and blankets if you like. Also, restorative poses are meant to be comfortable. Please allow yourself the gift of time as you navigate the best ways to settle into your poses.
What else to bring: Please bring water and any other props you may have and enjoy using, and dress for comfort. We'll have some blocks, straps, blankets and mats to share. But bolsters or double stuffed pillow cases (or a couch cushion) are extremely useful.
Parking: Parking is available in the Anchorage lot.
We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be. 🙂
We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for. Thank you for understanding.
