Speaker Bio:
Our newest summer seminarian is Teko (pronounced “Tay-koh”) Teko-Agbo. He will be staying at the Basilica from June 3-August 4. He is studying Theology II at Mount Saint Mary’s Seminary in Emmitsburg, Maryland. He used to work as a caseworker for Erie County (NY) DSS – Child and Adult protective Services. Before that, he was a seminarian for the Diocese of Buffalo and was also discerning with the Oblates of Mary Immaculate. His family, originally from Togo, now lives in the Diocese of Arlington. All young adults (19-35) are invited to Theology on Tap in the heart of Old Town, Alexandria at Murphy’s Grand Irish Pub, 2nd floor, every first Monday of the month. The talk begins at 7:30 pm & ends with Q&A at 8:15 pm. This event is cosponsored by The Basilica of Saint Mary and the Diocese of Arlington's Office of Youth, Campus, and Young Adult Ministries.
