Join Alexandria Celebrates Women for ACW Salon, a monthly gathering of leading women thinkers and changemakers in an informal setting designed to spark conversation and collaboration.

The September Salon takes place on Friday, Sept. 27 and will feature three key local business association leaders -- West End Business Association President Mary Ann Burstein, Del Ray Business Association President Dr. Lauren Fisher, and Old Town Business Association CEO Charlotte Hall. This month's Salon will be moderated by retired Visit Alexandria President and CEO Patricia Washington.

"These women are not only dynamite business leaders in a wide variety of fields, they are innovative leaders who are bring small businesses owners together for collaboration and community-building," said Alexandria Celebrates Women president Pat Miller.

The event is free and open to all, and takes place at The Hub at Canal Center, located at 99 Canal Center in Old Town North. Networking begins at 6:30 p.m. and the program will run from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Alexandria Celebrates Women (ACW) is a volunteer-run, 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit organization with a two-fold purpose: to raise needed funds for the Alexandria Domestic Violence Safehouse and to recognize the accomplishments and contributions of Alexandria, Virginia’s women of the past, present and future.
