This Workshop is for you if you:
- have ever wondered what the Alexander Technique (AT) is all about
- have started exploring the AT and want to explore further
- think you're doing things that don't serve you when you're moving (walking, talking, standing, sitting, singing, playing music or sport... doing anything!)
- would like to move with greater freedom and ease in all you do
Join teachers trained in the Interactive Teaching Method of Mr. Alexander's work for a short introductory talk and the opportunity for some personal experiences.
£35 if you book by October 22, then rising to £45 (booking deadline Nov 1st).
Our venue is a short walk from Didcot Station with connections to London (40 minutes) and the South West and Wales (Swindon, Bath, Bristol and beyond), as well as Oxford and Reading. There's also parking available.
