Alexander Technique Open House

Each month, we open our doors to the public for an evening of possibility. If you're curious about how a few simple principles can dramatically change how you move, feel, and live, you're warmly invited to join us.

This is not exercise.This is not about fixing you.It’s about learning how to use your body more intelligently—so it works with you, not against you.

We begin together with a gentle, 15–20 minute group demonstration where we introduce the core ideas behind the Alexander Technique—a method used by performers, athletes, and people in pain alike to move with more ease and less effort.

Then, we break into small groups for short, 5–10 minute mini-lessons with trained local Alexander teachers. You'll get personal, hands-on experience of what’s possible when you begin to undo old habits and rediscover natural coordination.
