This one day workshop is specially designed to introduce you to the theory and practice of the Alexander Technique.The Alexander Technique is a method of self-development which teaches you skills that will help you rediscover your natural freedom and ease of movement. During this workshop you will engage in group activities and discussions, as well as being offered individual lesson experiences by Sue within the group context.
People of all ages can benefit from learning Alexander’s work; no previous experience is needed.

About Sue
Sue Barclay trained as an Alexander Technique teacher from 2012 - 2016 with Don W**d, founder of the Interactive Training Method Association; she enjoys working with people of all ages from many different walks of life; teaching both group workshops and individual lessons. Sue teaches the Alexander Technique at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, West College Scotland and Goldsmiths University in London.
