Join us for an afternoon of comedy in celebration of Alex Phinbow.
Alex was the genesis and founder of Sit Down Stand Up, and without him, we would have never organised our first couple of gigs. Sadly, Alex passed away, but in his honor, we are putting on this little shindig to raise money for Knight Support.
Knight Support is a brilliant local charity that looks after the homeless in Brighton. Homlessness doesn't only affect the younger people of our community. Successive governments have squeezed the middle class, the working class, the poor, and the vulnerable. Knight Support brings life-saving aid to this increasingly invisible part of our community.
In conjunction with Knight Support and The Secret Comedy Club, we will be hosting 12 comedians for an afternoon/matinee of laughs, drinks, and general fun so we can raise as much as possible for Knight Support, which was Alex's favourite charity.

Your comedians are: Josh Mason, Lindsey Hargie, Lucy Lou Lou, Mark Skinner, Nick Gunn, Richie Dnatantio (I don't know how to spell his name), Rob Beighton, Trevor Aird, Timothy Woodbridge, Sydney May, and Will Duggan
So Book in your diaries, Sunday the 31st August at the Secret Comedy Club. Doors open at 3, show starts at 4.
Tickets are only a tenner, but can you imagine a full house? That will raise £1000 for the homeless in Brighton.
