ROY G BIV, 2022/2025, the special exhibition’s only video, directly explores the performative act and art-historical legacy of painting. At intervals throughout the exhibition, the cubic structure that houses the video is regularly repainted, each time in a different hue from the rainbow color spectrum: ROYGBIV stands for red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet.Exhibition Gallery Performances
