- score first. keep scoring.
PARENTS:
- help your wrestler dial in their fitness before tournament season
- let your wrestler shake off the cobwebs from last season
- give them an opportunity to see what they need to work on
- reinforce score first mentality!
FORMAT:
We will run 4 mats. 2 minute matches. Running clock.
If score is tied, first person to score wins.
If score is 0-0, coin flip will determine the winner.
Unlimited matches.
