What to Bring?
To ensure you are comfortable throughout the session, please bring:
• A yoga mat
• A pillow for your head
• A blanket or warm covering if you wish
• A water bottle
• Anything else you may need to relax comfortably in a lying down position
We encourage participants to arrive a few minutes early to settle into their space.
