About this Event
Think of your body as a musical instrument that sometimes gets out of tune from stress, fatigue or life's demands. In this sound healing event we will begin with gentle movement and breathwork to release any burdens we've been carrying. After the opening movement the class will be followed by a lovely sound healing to open up deep relaxation and restoration.
No Experience needed. All are welcome.

Facilitator Michele McNiff RN, MSN, Health & Wellness Nurse Coach is an integral member on the front-line team of healers leading the charge for a paradigm shift of how to approach healing. Drawing on her extensive background as a healing touch practitioner, yoga teacher, critical care and holistic nurse, with over 30 years of experience, she's channeling her passion for healing through the power of sound.
