Give your body & senses permission to move, dance & express it's energy in response to both the shamanic sounds and galactic artwork that fills the room with remembrance.
You are still welcome to lay down, close your eyes & 'journey within' if that is your preference, however you're encouraged to move around to interact with the CoDeX portals & allow your body to move & dance with the energetics activated within you.
