This special edition of the womens circle will be held on the farm in Canungra for an extended session. During this special event we will have dinner under the stars together while we share our lives and souls.
What is Alchemy of Self?
Alchemy of Self is a space for women to come together, support one another, and embark on an inner transformation. Inspired by the ancient art of alchemy, this circle focuses on turning the "base metals" of life—our challenges, fears, and doubts—into "gold" through shared wisdom, mindfulness practices, and meaningful connection.
What to Expect:
• Welcoming and Cacao Ceremony : We will begin with a welcoming ceremony including sacred cacao.
• Guided Breathwork and Flow Dance : Begin with a calming practice to center your mind and body.
• Reflective Sharing : Participate in heartfelt discussions that nurture vulnerability and growth.
• Transformative Exercises : Engage in journaling, visualization, or somatic practices to deepen self-awareness.
• Sacred Ritual : Close with an empowering ritual to set intentions and honor your personal journey.
• Community Meal : Together we will cook a nourishing meal from the beautiful farm produce.
Camping optional : If you would like to stay for the evening please feel free to bring your camping set up. (I have a few tents so please let me know if you would like this option but have no equipment).
