The Alchemy of Health is based on the ancient Eastern and Western natural health teachings in which we now have 35 years of experience. By living this way ourselves and helping countless students on their way to a conscious and vital life, our 'know-how' and experience have increased considerably. Long time ago, a purification week was part of our program. Now that we have a power place like 'Chateau Frandeux' at our disposal as a home base, and also given the great importance of this theme, we want to reintroduce the 'Alchemy of Health and Vitality' into our program. We are convinced that this training can mean a lot to anyone who wants to take back control of his/her life and health.
This can be because your health is shaky and you are constantly suffering from all kinds of ailments or e.g. stiffness, emotional heaviness, mental over-stimulation, poor digestion,... or because your energy level is constantly low. In short: when your body indicates that you have actually lost the connection with your Body, Nature and Life.
The curiosity to know how this form of 'Inner Alchemy' works is of course also a good motivation to participate. Of course on the condition that you surrender yourself completely to the process.
