ALCHEMY OF ANGERTransforming anger into pathways to forgiveness
Sat 4th & Sun 5th October, 2025
1–4pm both days
A two-part somatic workshop guiding you to explore the energy of anger, expression, and release. Through body-based practices, breathwork, movement, and ritual, you’ll learn how to transform stored anger into forgiveness.
This is a weekend of powerful inner alchemy—where what once burdened you can finally become lighter.
Anger is often labeled “bad,” yet it is a natural response to injustice, betrayal, and even physiological changes like menopause. How we were raised, and what society taught us about anger, influences whether we suppress it, explode with it, or hover somewhere in between. But either way, anger impacts our body chemistry, our thoughts, and our relationships.
Forgiveness, meanwhile, is not about condoning harmful behavior. It is about reclaiming your freedom. It exists on a spectrum—from impossible, to bypassed, to genuine integration. Landing in that middle ground—the true space between—requires courage, self-awareness, and practice.
If you’re ready to explore what your body has been carrying — and transform anger into a lighter, freer way of being — I invite you to join me for this weekend immersion.
